2) How do I take Ave?
Ave is easy to take because it is a pleasant-tasting orange-flavored instant drink mix that comes in pre-measured, individual-use packets. Just mix one packet a day in 8 oz. of cold water or any other cold beverage that contains less than 10 mg. of vitamin C per 8 oz. serving.
