3) What does DGP contain?
DGP is highly effective because it is formulated with the finest ingredients to support a dog’s mobility. It contains a proprietary blend of native Australian herbs and shark cartilage.
4) Are there any sharks killed in order to make DGP?
Absolutely not. The shark cartilage in DGP is harvested from carcasses of sharks caught in normal fish trade.
5) How much DGP do I give my dog?
DGP was specially designed to allow for custom dosage. It is given according to the weight of your dog. One tablet for every 30 lbs. of body weight. For example, if your dog weighs 90 lbs., then they’ll need 3 tablets a day. We recommend that you divide their dosage in half, giving it to them once in the morning and once in the early evening. For pets 15 lbs. and under, we recommend only ½ a tablet a day.
6) Can I give DGP with food?
Yes, you can. If need be, you can hide it in a treat or even crush the tablets and mix it in with a meal.
7) How quickly will I see results with the DGP?
DGP is very fast acting. Most people report that they see significant results in their dogs in one to two weeks.
8) If I stop giving the DGP, how quickly do the effects wear off?
DGP is a natural product for dogs that provides tremendous results quickly. That’s why we recommend giving it to them daily because typically, our customers report that the symptoms return within a week if the DGP is not continued.
9) Can cats take DGP?
DGP is also appropriate for cats and customers have reported great results. If you are going to use this for your cat, the dosage is the same as for dogs; one table daily for every 30 lbs. If the cat is under 15 lbs, then we recommend only ½ tablet per day.
10) Will DGP interfere with my pet’s medication or other supplements?

11) Is there tax on DGP?
There is only tax on DGP in the following states:
- Connecticut (6%)
- New Jersey (6%)
- New York (varies by county)
12) Can I give my pet DGP and NK-9 at the same time?
Yes, both products were formulated for different reasons. While DGP was created to promote healthy joint function, reduce inflammation and relieve pain, NK-9 was created to support a healthy immune system. Both products work synergistically to provide your pet with a healthy and happy life. However, our recommendation would be to give your pet each individual product at least one hour apart to avoid competition for the absorption rate.
